3D printing

The advantages of additive manufacturing are being increasingly exploited by a growing number of foundries to produce moulds and cores, quickly and accurately. Key, and sometimes very complex, castings are also required for electric drive trains. These require the appropriate input materials and coordinated processes:

Wide range of products for 3D printing: phenolic, furan and inorganic resins
The HA Center of Competence is equipped with its own 3D printer for development projects in the lab and joint projects with partners and customers

Climate protection

Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time and requires all companies to rethink their business practices. HA was an early mover in replacing carbon with plant-based and inorganic components.
